WELCOME TO
EMMA PEARSON PILATES

Bringing mind and body together through controlled and flowing exercises to strengthen the core and improve posture, alignment and flexibility

Home Inner_about

My name is Emma Pearson and I am passionate about the great benefits the practice of Pilates can bring. I would be delighted to welcome you to a Pilates class, whether you are completely new or have some previous experience.

My mat-based Pilates classes strengthen and tone the muscles, providing a completely balanced workout. With a focus on core strength, re-alignment and improving posture and flexibility the exercises are performed in a controlled, flowing manner, with each individual working within their range. Small equipment such as blocks, bands and balls are used to aid movement or provide further challenge when needed.

Mats and equipment are all available to borrow.

Class sizes are small, at just 10-14 people, to ensure a high standard of teaching and sufficient individual attention.

Classes are run in rolling blocks of five weeks for £45.

A taster session can be taken initially (£9/class).

Blocks must be paid for in full and no refunds can be given.
